I have been engaged in the practice of law since 1977, honing my skills first in the courtroom as a San Bernardino County Public Defender before opening my own law office in 1986 and adding family law to my list of focus areas. We are experienced lawyers, aggressive in the courtroom but down-to-earth, honest, and supportive with our clients. Whether you have hired us as your divorce lawyer or your defense attorney, you can expect that we will put your best interests first.

We take great pride in providing high quality legal representation to our clients, as well as excellent service. One of our attorneys, Mr. Stephen Levine, is one of only five private attorneys in San Bernardino County who is a Board-certified specialist in criminal law. In order to be certified as a specialist, an attorney must pass a written exam, demonstrate a high degree of experience in his or her specialty field, complete ongoing educational requirements, and be favorably evaluated by other attorneys and judges familiar with one’s work.

In order to maintain a successful criminal law practice, I am a member of the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, the California Public Defenders Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the California State Bar Association criminal division. I am also a member of the California State Bar Association family law division.

Chief among our commitments to community service is our service as Chairman of the Board for the Veteran’s Alcohol Rehabilitation Program.
